At Lumi Nail Lounge, your satisfaction is our priority. However, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy on all services. Once a service has been performed, it is non-refundable.

If you experience any concerns with your service, please notify us within 12 hours so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary fix.
